| April 1955 | Established as Kubota Waterworks Co., Ltd. in Chuo Ward, Tokyo with 100% investment from Kubota Tekko K.K. (currently Kubota Corporation) | |

| September 1958 | Signed a contract for construction of water supply system in Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia. This was the first overseas water supply construction project by a Japanese company. Successful completion of the project has led to the acceptance of Japanese standard in global water market. The achievements in this construction received the highest gold award in Cambodia. |

| June 1962 | Signed a contract for construction of water supply system in Vientiane, Laos. This construction work received the "Order of a Million Elephants and White Parasol" decoration, the highest award of honor from the Laos government. It was the first receipt of this honor as a Japanese person. Completed continuous construction projects in various overseas markets. |
